Dance courses for adults: why do you dance when you grow up?

The dance courses for adults offered by Ateneo della Danza range between different disciplines: ballet, contemporary, modern, hip-hop, contamination and fusion; they are taught by qualified and established teachers and are designed for every time, family or work requirement.

Our dance courses for adults are dedicated to all those who have already had a technical academic training and therefore want to continue to cultivate this passion. But not only! Ateneo della Danza also offers the opportunity to approach dance for the first time and to experiment with new disciplines, with dance courses for beginner adults.

But why dance even as adults? The purpose of the dance, in this case, is not to train professional dancers, but rather to strengthen the body, work abdominals and buttocks but also balance, flexibility, mental elasticity and musicality. It also improves expressiveness and personal creativity, reduces stress, thanks to the music that accompanies classes and stretching, performed before and after classes, and corrects posture.
