The Ateneo della Danza proposes the Focus, meetings of up to three hours, aimed at deepening some issues that often arouse the interest of teachers and dancers. The Didactics and Traumatology focuses include explanations, exercises and useful tips, while the History and Ballet Focus presents, in addition to a historical excursus, hints and anecdotes of the time little known.

  • Anatomical and physiological study of the structures that allow the development of the dynamic and static balance necessary for the correct execution of pirouettes and tours

Plyometry, muscle strengthening and adequate methodological progression

  • Following the vaganova methodology, the structure of the Allegro is divided into small, medium and large
  • Subdivision of jumps based on departures and landings linked to teaching and methodology
  • Physical and physiological analysis of the jump with hints of plyometric reinforcement, analyzing the aspect of COMPLIANCE and STIFFNESS
  • Study of the jump from the biomechanical point of view through photogrammetry and video analysis

Prevention and knowledge of the main traumas in dance

PROGRAM
  • Exposure of the main traumas caused by incorrect execution, methodological errors, overtraining or simple distractions
  • Prevention and strengthening exercises to minimize the risk of onset of trauma
  • Practical exercises of strengthening, stretching and proprioception to create an adequate motor bio-conditioning
  • Explanation of the correct post-trauma recovery times before the dancer is reintegrated "in the field" to avoid complications and relapses
  • How to behave when a dancer returns to the hall after having performed a physiotherapy protocol and adequate motor re-education

The Monothematic Masters structured by the Ateneo della Danza Training Agency are aimed at obtaining legally recognized qualifications and certifications.
The didactics of the Masters aims to consolidate their basic skills in the subjects facing training, also expanding the specific knowledge in the various learning modules. At the end of each seminar, a certificate of participation will be delivered which will be valid as training credits for the regional qualification course.
